If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this Site. The Nobu Living reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use from time to time. By accepting our terms of use, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.


The information contained in this Site, including but not limited to the rules that govern the use of the Site, may be subject to change. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules, as changed. Your confirmation of acceptance will be sought in respect of any changes which substantially affect your position under these terms.


All Site design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof are, all rights reserved, or in the case of product material, all text and graphics are Copyright protected by the original owner, all rights reserved. Permission is granted to you to copy electronically and to print in hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of using this Site as an information resource (or of ordering goods or services and using this site as a shopping resource). Any other use of materials on this Site-including reproduction for purposes other than noted above, modification, distribution, or reproduction-without the prior written permission of is strictly prohibited.

Order Acceptance

If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation of this by email. The receipt of an email order confirmation by you constitutes our acceptance of an order and the conclusion of a contract between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subject to these terms. Whereas, following such acceptance, Nobu Living. will always seek to meet the requirements of your order, there may be circumstances following confirmation where we are unable to ship products due to unavailability (of which we were not aware at the time of confirmation of the order) . If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the money for the unavailable products back onto your card or into your account. If the payment process has not begun at that time, the money for such products will not be taken out of your account or from your card. Nobu Living acceptance is therefore subject to the availability of products following the receipt of the confirmation email by you. Equally, while Nobu Living endeavours not to make any errors on its website and to ensure that its descriptions, details and dimensions of its products, its prices and other information about Nobu Living or its products, are accurate and up to date, errors can occur. If we identify an error that materially impacts your confirmed order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will provide you with the option of cancelling your order in full or the part(s) of your order affected by the misinformation. If you make such a cancellation, the money for the cancelled part of your order will be refunded to your account (or will not be taken at all if the payment process has not begun at that time). Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Nobu Living. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

The Nobu Living. reserves the right to cancel an order at any time time until the order has been delivered, for any reason, and refund the customer in full.

We understand the importance of selecting the right color and fabric for your needs, and to assist you in making an informed decision, we offer the option to request fabric samples prior to making a purchase. By requesting fabric samples, customers have the opportunity to assess the color and texture of the fabric and make an informed decision before completing their purchase.


Please keep in mind if the option for ottoman gas-lift is selected the Footboard/Sideboard may be 7-12cm shorter, to discuss any change please message a representative. Any alterations made to orders after they have been processed may incur a charge of a minimum £99.

Discount Codes

Discount Codes are restricted to one per customer, per order. Any order that attempts to combine coupon codes in order to gain a greater discount will be cancelled and refunded. Discount codes are solely at the discretion of Nobu Living and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or coupon code at any time.

Any discount does not apply to any additional extras or upgrades ordered after you have placed your initial order.


Delivery costs are non refundable for any reason. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, Nobu Living cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section or you should inform a member of staff at The Nobu Living as soon as you place your order. In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, The Nobu Living will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.

We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Please note that adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery.

If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery there may be a charge of £65 to cover the cost.

Installation of the bed is priced at £199 however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the Delivery Note. Nobu Living cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.

We will require one weeks notice to rearrange a planned delivery.

48 hours after placing your order you will be charged 30% of your order total as a restocking fee if you cancel your order.

Cancellation and Returns

Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 24 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel. After the 24 hour cooling off period all deposits are deemed non-refundable.

Each bed is considered a specialist, made to order item and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once the 24 hour cooling off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed.

Mattresses are delivered in a sealed hygiene bag, once the seal is broken you are no longer able to return or exchange your mattress.

Please be advised that, due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform our valued customers that we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the chosen fabric or color. We strongly encourage you to utilize our fabric sampling service to evaluate the texture, quality, and color of the materials before finalizing your order.

In extraordinary circumstances, If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your bed once delivered it may be possible at managers discretion to exchange the bed to the value, however this will incur a £150 handling fee to cover delivery and installation charges, we reserve the right to withdraw this offer, it is at managers discretion.

Data Protection

We comply with all the statutory requirements of the data protection act 1998 as well with general data protection regulations and all your personal information is confidential and secure. Your information will never be shared or sold to any third party company.

Manufacturers Warranty

With all of our products you will also secure a free one years manufacturers warranty. This warranty starts from the day that you sign for your delivery. However, some exclusions do apply. If you disassemble the bed for any reason or move the bed to a different property your warranty will be void.

1. Bespoke Products:
All our sofas are crafted with precision and care to meet your unique specifications. As such, each product is considered bespoke, tailored exclusively to your preferences. We take pride in delivering high-quality, customized furniture that suits your individual taste and style.

2.Refundable Policy:
Please be aware that due to the personalized nature of our sofas, all sales are final, and we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We highly recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure that it aligns with your requirements. If you wish to cancel after 48 hours you will be subject to a 30% (of your order value) restocking fee. (this may not be possible and is only available at managers discretion.)

3. Dimensions Tolerance:
Given the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be a slight tolerance of up to 5cm in the dimensions of your sofa. We kindly request your understanding regarding this matter, as it is a natural variation that can occur during the manufacturing process. Rest assured, we make every effort to minimize any discrepancies and maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

4. Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, please review the specifications provided to ensure accuracy in terms of dimensions, fabric, color, and any other customizations. Any discrepancies or changes must be communicated to us within [insert number] business days of order placement to allow for necessary adjustments.

5. Production and Delivery Time:
The production time for our custom-made sofas varies and is dependent on the complexity of the design and current order volume. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date upon confirmation of your order. Please note that this is an estimate, and unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery timeline. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6. Care Instructions:
To ensure the longevity of your custom sofa, please adhere to the care instructions provided with your purchase. Failure to follow these guidelines may impact the product's lifespan and void any warranty provided.
